Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Sunday Reset Plan ("Sunday Reset Plan", "we", "us", "our"), a service operated by 1111 Ideas LLC and accessible at sundayresetplan.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. The service is intended for individuals and households located in the United States and Canada; if you access it from elsewhere, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for local compliance.

Sunday Reset Plan is licensed for personal household use. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the service for commercial purposes without our written permission.

What the Service Is (and Isn't)

Sunday Reset Plan is an AI-assisted weekly meal-planning tool. It generates recipe suggestions, shopping lists, and macro estimates based on the household profile you provide.

It is not a medical, nutrition, dietetic, legal, or financial service. We do not employ licensed dietitians, physicians, or attorneys. AI-generated output is informational only and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions that depend on medical, nutritional, or legal accuracy — particularly for allergies, pregnancy, nursing, chronic conditions, or children with specific health needs.

Account & Access

You may create an account using a magic-link email or a supported single-sign-on provider (such as Google or Apple). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of the email address and SSO account you sign in with.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us promptly at hello@sundayresetplan.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each account is for one household. Sharing your login across multiple unrelated households is not permitted.

Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

Sunday Reset Plan is offered as a recurring subscription processed by Stripe.

• Your card will be charged at the end of any free trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price (currently $14.99/month or $99/year) until canceled.
• You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, issue partial refunds for service outages or billing errors.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is brought current.

By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Consumer Terms of Service.

Your Content

"Your Content" means anything you submit to the service, including household profile fields, custom recipes you add, photos you upload, thumbs-up/down feedback, and chat messages with our AI agents.

You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, process, and modify Your Content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for your household. If you mark a recipe as "shared with the catalog", you additionally grant us a license to make that recipe available to other households.

You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that submitting it does not violate any law or third-party right.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another household's data or any non-public area of the service.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute generated recipes for resale.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying AI model weights, prompts, or system instructions.
• Submit content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or designed to harass another person.
• Use the service to generate content for minors that bypasses our family-friendly safeguards.
• Interfere with the service's operation, including by automated traffic, vulnerability probes, or attempts to bypass billing.

Third-Party Services

The service integrates with third-party providers, including but not limited to: Cloudflare (hosting, edge compute, storage, email), Stripe (payments), xAI / Grok and Anthropic / Claude (AI generation, routed through Cloudflare AI Gateway), Google and Apple (single sign-on), and the USDA FoodData Central database (nutrition reference data). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Intellectual Property

The Sunday Reset Plan brand, app, code, design, and original content are owned by 1111 Ideas LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for the purpose of generating and managing your household's meal plans.

AI-generated recipe text is provided for your personal household use. We make no claim of ownership over the specific recipe text the AI produces for your household, but you acknowledge that AI may produce similar suggestions for other users.

AI Output Disclaimer

Recipes, macro estimates, allergen filters, ingredient substitutions, and shopping-list quantities are produced or assisted by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. In particular:

• Macro estimates are approximations based on USDA reference data and AI-derived ingredient breakdowns; they are not medical advice and should not be used to manage diabetes, eating disorders, or other clinical conditions without professional supervision.
• Allergen filtering is best-effort. We cannot guarantee the absence of any allergen from any recipe. You are solely responsible for verifying every ingredient before consumption if anyone in your household has a food allergy.
• Ingredient quantities and prep instructions may not match commercial packaging or professional culinary standards.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, or that AI output will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunday Reset Plan, 1111 Ideas LLC, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service — including, without limitation, allergic reactions, foodborne illness, nutritional outcomes, weight changes, missed meals, or shopping errors.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sunday Reset Plan, 1111 Ideas LLC, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, the service, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law) will survive.

Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules, conducted in Jackson County, Missouri (Kansas City), or remotely if both parties agree. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. You and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Exceptions. Either party may bring (i) a claim in small-claims court that qualifies for that court's jurisdiction, or (ii) an action in court to enjoin infringement of intellectual property rights.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@sundayresetplan.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. The opt-out must include your full name, email, and a clear statement that you decline arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and post the updated version with a new version number and effective date. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provisions above, the state and federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration.
